Thank goodness for Cindy Lou Who

(Dr. Seuss How the Grinch stole Christmas)

Tis the season right...

For some reason this year i'm more of a Grinch then ever. Thankfully we dont have kids but it's still hard.  I love Christmas and it's TRUE meaning but i am just finding it hard to get in the season on giving.

Luckily last night i had the perfect cure. Watching my niece and nephew's face as they watched their videos that Santa email to their mommy. (head over to select all + delete to see what I'm talking about) They were so in aw over the fact that santa knew just how to get to their house, what they were each getting and things that happened to them through out the past year. Santa also had pictures of them both!

"they say that the Grinch's small heart grew three sizes that day. And then - the true meaning of Christmas came through, and the Grinch found the strength of *ten* Grinches, plus two! Welcome, Christmas, bring your cheer. Cheer to all Whos far and near. Christmas Day is in our grasp so long as we have hands to clasp. Christmas Day will always be just as long as we have we. Welcome Christmas while we stand, heart to heart and hand in hand.

  3. That's gorgeous... you can't help but remember that Christmas isn't really about us grown ups at all. As soon as we see the season through children's eyes its true spirit comes flooding back. I love this time of year. It's the most wonderful time. x
